If I purchased the Premium Pass after maxing out The Rift, would I be able to claim the Premium Tier rewards from the previously acquired levels?

    Yeah. It's the smart thing to do tbh just to ensure you get back all the auric cells without risking RL interrupting your rift grind.

    Yes. Any levels are kept upon purchasing the Pass, and owning the pass does not make you level up faster.
