Is third seal buff enough?
So, now that third seal is also applied through special attacks (survivors become blind if they are hit by a basic or a special attack)... do you think that the hex perk is in a good spot?
In my opinion, the blindness effect is not enough on its own. What's your thoughts?

The Third Seal is still kind of weak even with its buff. It's not worth using over other hex perks.

The effect is so weak that you could make it a non-hex perk and people still wouldn't run it

The Third Seal is a pretty weak perk, but I don't think it needs more buffs, per se- if you want it to be useful outside of niche gimmick builds, it'd need a full rework, not buffs.
For what it's designed to do, it's in a perfectly decent state. It's just that its core design isn't very strong.

When i see fearmonger and the exhausted status effect on top of the blindness... it gives me ideas. I think third seal would be better with another status effect applied to survivors: i'm not thinking about exhausted... i'm more thinking of oblivious. It could be fun.

Hexes in general are not worth it.

Blindness just isn’t a good enough status effect.

needs another effect as well or a rework.
Blindness just isn't worth it on its own with comms and notification bubbles still going through. Thematically, maybe it could hide the red stain as well or something. Maybe oblivious but then I feel like we're stepping on Playthings toes.

Nah it’s the worst hex perk now that blood favor got buffed. Unless you’re running some super niche build it’s not worth it. Blindness just isn’t a strong enough status effect for how the hex works, and even less so against SWFs. The change to it also only matters if you’re playing certain killers - for M1s it’s no different than it was before.
It needs to do something else/have a secondary effect, or it’s just never going to be good.

Blindness is completely useless against a good team, the only useful thing is it prevents blood amber from being effective, that's it.
