Why is the dbd merch store such garbage?

Look I love everything about the game and I dont have any issues with the way it operates or anything like that. What I do have a problem with is the way the merch store is ran. It's horrible they never have anything in stock and always give excuses on why the item you purchased hasn't shipped. The trapper mask is the biggest issue aside from that I ordered a hoodie and the 2nd year anniversary t shirt I recieved the hoodie over a month after I ordered 2nd anniversary shirt Aug 29th and the 2 trapper masks I pre ordered back in December 2017 still have not shown up. This shop must be ran by people who give no #########. DBD team please reconsider who you put in charge of this as it is a big deal to the fans. Thank you.

Customer service ain't a focus as long as people are dropping money for trinkets.
Tell them how you feel by CANCELING YOUR PURCHASES. Money is the only language greed understand.7

In all honesty the mask issue is sort of out of their hand, yes it could have been handled far better but they are not the ones making it.

I think with the merch store being overseas there is alot left out of control cause there not main supplier of items.
