Why do 70 - 80 % of my survivor solo queue matches end with a 4k for the killer?

I have about 1500 hours in DBD, 300 hours on PC and the rest on console. I would consider myself a decent at survivor but hey maybe I'm ass and I just don't realize it. I can run the killer pretty well in 8/10 of my games to the point they leave me and chase someone else. I do gens and I feel I make decent decisions but I'm constantly losing. I'm usually the last survivor with the most points, sometimes I get hatch sometimes not. I don't know if it's the time I play 8pm est and later? Anyway here's an example of the match I had when typing this. 2 survivors going down within 10 seconds of a chase and then trying to unhook each other in front of the killer as the 3rd survivor kept blessing totems. Game was over in under 5 with me killing myself on hook while the last survivor hid in a locker after the first 2 survivors died. Granted this game was not typical as my matches usually aren't this bad. I just feel like most the killers I play against aren't great so it get's incredibly frustrating playing this game just to lose all the time. I would like to point out that I have had good teammates in probably 10% of my matches lately and I do understand how killers can get ######### on but like ######### is going on?

Sound's like a good reason to play killer.

You can do everything right as a surv and still "lose"

Playing a killer it's all on you.

    Or try and duo/swf.

Because solo is hell. Solo survivor is the hardest thing to play in this game. Killer comes next.

    Depends what is your MMR.

I really wouldn't want to be new and play soloQ, but if you get high enough as SWF, then you can actually play soloQ and it's not that painful.

That's why I like playing killer. It's the killer's fault that he lost most of the time. You don't have to depend on other people. Survivor is much more stressful in my opinion (because of random teammates).

I have no idea, sometimes I feel like I'm playing with new players and then I'll get matched with Zubat or Ohtofu. I think MMR is just ######### when I play.

MMR is'nt everything, it attempts to match people with you at your level, if none are at your level then the net expands, after a certain time it throws you against whomever has been waiting longest.

That's how you can get 5k hour survs into 2 hour Billy mains.

I escape 70% of the time in solo. So these questions should be directed at creator of MMR

Because the game is super killer sided. Everyone knows this.

You make me think about the previous no add-ons meme build Demo 60 wins video.

And I finally realize that 70 - 80% survivors in EU/NA server are potatoes.

They play the game without their brain, then rant on the s**t like "killer is so op nerf them blah blah blah".

You answered your own question, every action and decision you make to be the best teammate while surviving is what they are not doing.

The game is filled with A LOT of decision making and the unfortunate part is that some players do not understand how one bad decision can cost the game.

This is also the reason why I never partake in the idea that solo somehow is worse than SWF because of the communication they lack. Actually no, It’s reliability they lack.

Meaning I cannot expect them to do the things I would do for them (do gens any chance I can, not be afraid to take a hit every once in a while, take some aggro off of the death hook survivors, etc the list goes on)

So when you add all of that and the fact that many of them outlive you for simply never getting found and dodging aggro. Even when you have a high MMR many of these people will filter through even though they were basically “carried” all the way through.

    It sucks.

So many people right now are just hook bombing before the killer could possibly get away. I'm actually starting to consider left for dead and key hunting

This Sounds like survivors need more buffs. Or killers need nerfs. Can´t decide.

On a totally unrelated matter, survivor queue time have been increasing drastically in the last weeks.

If your teammates are bad, that's the problem, not the killer. The survivors are giving the killer the win. Nothing he's doing is getting him the win. Assuming you're as a good a survivor as you claim, focus on carrying your team enough to where you get out. If you get out many times, you go up in MMR and actually get teammates of your skill level. Although as of recently I've been matched with terrible teammates despite escaping all the time.
