Not receiving Bone Chill Winter items after completing trial

Lately, I've been dealing with an issue that hasn't been discussed anywhere else to my knowledge. Playing both killer and survivor I have been entirely unable to receive any of the exclusive rewards from the winter event.

Every time that I've hit a survivor out of a snowman, or been hit out of snowman myself, I don't get any notification at the end screen showing that I unlocked anything. Despite having the blue particle effect around me.

I've tried validating my game files but to no avail. Any help?

    Same here, I have missed out on at least 3 cosmetics, sometimes its nice enough to give me a 'an unknown error has occurred'

    Really starting to piss me off, I don't get a lot of time to play, and all I want is the ugly sweaters, so far who I have gotten is the killer cosmetics which I don't care about.

    i also sometimes dont get them or maybe im blind and didnt see them but i have a theory, it might be chances but then u might get the same accesory that u already have and so it doesnt give u anything in return? im not sure tho
