    Balanced Landing

Balanced Landing is probably the most fair and fun.

Lithe, Smash Hit, and Head on are all close though.

Nothing better than the feeling of a rush of adrenaline pulling you through a particularly difficult chase toward the end of a match.

Especially if you time it to coincide just after the speed boost you get after you're hit. Putting both the killer on his successful weapon hit cooldown animation, and giving you a double speedburst that carries you to the literal other end of the map.

    Sprint Burst

I prefer using Sprint Burst over Dead Hard most of the time. I would've picked Lithe, but it's way too map dependant, imo.

Still voting Dead Hard, I need it because my dumb butt always gets in trouble going for risky plays with For The People (because I absolutely can't stand seeing a survivor be on the ground for 2 seconds with no hooks, they're going to immediately DIE if I don't save them right then and there). But now I'm broken next to the killer, Dead Hard is the only perk that can get me out of those scenarios I can't help but find myself in because I NEEDED to save that survivor with only 2 seconds of bleedout time.

Honorable Mention to Head-On, I run locker builds from time to time, but I find altruism more fun and Dead Hard allows reckless saves to be possible making it my favorite.

    Overcome

I kinda like Overcome recently (mainly because it’s the only exhaustion I have on Jonah and I try to prestige him in time to get firecrackers on him..)

I do like Headon for being more creative though and used to like Lithe very much. But stupid hits through windows that definitely shouldn’t hit but still do happen too often. So.

    Balanced Landing

Will always be Balanced Landing, but sadly they killed the Perk. Not really any point in using it anymore.

Currently only using Adrenaline as Exhaustion-Perk, also pretty nice. I dropped Dead Hard before they fixed it, I simply could not deal anymore with being exhausted on the ground.

    Overcome

Overcome into Circle outside killers' patrol zone is a true combo, and there's basically nothing they can do about it 😎

    Balanced Landing

Even after the nerfs it's still my most favorite Exhaustion perk. The only thing I wish changed are maps, since there are some with basically nothing to drop from.

    Adrenaline

I dont usually use one tine perks but adrenaline is an exception for me. it helped me so many times especially playing alone.

I di the fub stuff mostly - looping the killer and mostly i am the one who is being camped when all gens are done.

This perk let me survive the Trial so many times that it become part of me ;) it did force few killers just to disconnect haha

    Lithe

Lithe. I like that when I get a sprint, it also happens at a moment where the killer has to either stop and break something, vault something, or walk around something, meaning I gain more net distance than other perks where they're still just running behind me.

That said I almost never use exhaustion perks.
