Artist's crows recharge time

This time for recharging crows was not good, it should go back as it was before, another thing, when the survivor is with crows, he will not be able to leave the map.

1. Her crow recharge is the same. It scales with the amount of crows launched. So 5, 9, 12, and 14 (if you use the add-on).
2. Er.... why? Not every killer needs a mini blood Warden.

It's not the same, now it slows down and takes longer to recharge the time of use of crows.
