If you SWF with a player that has a low MMR score, does the game average your MMR or find a killer whose MMR matches the person with lowest MMR?

If it works, which it doesnt most of the time, it takes average MMR of the team to find a matching killer

I find it has been pretty good to me - rarely do me and my group run into someone who has far less experience than we do
