Hello, excuse me for disturbing you but I have a small bug which prevents me from having the 3rd "Christmas hell" charm of the Bone Thrill event ?

its a Killer only charm, have you checked if you have it unlocked on killers? (Just asking because I have seen people that weren’t aware and actually already had it unlocked without realizing)
