Giving hatch..to killer!
Finding hatch before the killer, get his/hers attention then stand from a distance and point to the open hatch. The killer will close the hatch and either let you open the exit gate and leave, or just kill you. Trying to get a sense of what type of player it is that is always exciting. I like doing this no matter the outcome just to guess what the killer will do and see if I'm right or not.
If you were the killer what would you do?

I do this in farming matches, I'll also let the killer open the gate so they get that BP as well.
On a non farming match, I dont think that would work. The killer might think you're trying to mock them and just hook you, instead of thinking you're giving them the hatch.

The killers I play against are never friendly...
Usually they punch me even before i can emote.

Well, given my killer playstyle of not killing anyone (4bbq stacks+8hooks being the goal), in that scenario with me your three teammates would've already left out the door and I would just ignore you or if you don't want to use that hatch without audience, down you and depending on you crawling to the hatch or not bring you to an open door in the latter case.

You do this and I'd give you gate every time. I'd feel like an ######### if i killed you.

I mean, if you are my last BBQ stack, then I feel bad for you, but you are dead...
Otherwise you are going to wait for a long time, because I am too lazy to care about last survivor, I am just watching second monitor and waiting for you to find a hatch.
You wouldn't believe how many ######### finish all gens instead and use gate...

Stand at a distance having a staring contest.
I usually give the last survivor hatch so I'd be trying to figure out why you're not taking it.
In the end I would probably just walk away.

I would totally give them survivor an escape if they pointed out the hatch for me.

I would most def let them go. I only ever see a fast vault or pallet drop then jump in soon as they see me. I also had a Mikaela on death hook (Rest of her team already dead at 4 gens remaining) doing her flashlight in the sky to get my attention then jump in.
Issue is that survivor thinks they won something. You won 5000 BP that's it. You all already lost. It makes no sense....could have slugged 3rd survivor and flushed you out but sure make me regret being nice.....that's helps the community.

While I'd let the survivor go if I knew what they were doing - odds are I'd think they were trying to BM me. Survivors finding hatch, spamming loud noises until the killer shows up, and then tbagging or pointing until the very last second are very common. Too much of this situation resembles that; the difference could be that the survivor was too daring or got too caught up in pointing.
