Would terminator fit as a possible killer?
I know the terminator series is not a horror franchise but I personally would love to see the T-101 from the first movie or T-1000 from the second as a killer with Sara Conner or John Conner as the survivor. I think this would be a great addition to the game so I thought I would ask here what other people think?

I think a Terminator could be fun to play depending in the mechanics. 🙂

^^ Agree! It'd depend on how they implement it, but I'd be so down for a Terminator chapter. Non-horror franchises can still have characters that dabble on the side of horror, so I don't think it'd be out of the question at all!

T-1000 would be a good choice, because of its morphing power, not only in the ability to change into people, but also the ability to create weapons out of its body.
Having the killer temporarily take the form of a survivor to get close (not as in do survivor actions, but to approach maybe as any survivor not within the terror radius at time of morphing, just to drop the radius and get closer without being immediately outted), and also with an ability to maybe use a close-up attack with maybe a bit more range and a unique effect, could make for a decent killer.

I think it would fit, especially since the first movie can be argued to be a horror movie (among other genres)
but i don’t expect it at all. BHVR was already in contact with the license holder for Death Garden and I think if both parties were interested they would have already done it…

That's kind of the shapeshifter idea I had, love it!

I'm sorry but I shudder every time someone say 'Springtrap should be in this game'.
Maybe it's because I'm not a big fan of FNAF, but I really don't think FNAF belongs in DBD.

Horror is more fun and exciting as a child; since Dbd will never have voice chat, more kids isnt a bad thing.
Get em hooked while they're young, I say.
A 6 year old cant be MORE annoying or childish than what we deal with on a daily basis here I think anyway.

The T-1000 would fit perfectly in this game. Legendary skin should be the T-X model from Terminator 3 and the survivor should be the T-800.
If they could make Trickster fit in this game, they sure as hell can make this happen.

I feel like it would be the other way around. They'd probably test the waters by adding Terminator first. DBD devs seem to kinda love their classic horror characters, and Terminator is definitely more of a classic than Springtrap.

If the map would simply be the night time battlefield from the beginning of the first movie, it would be amazing. The Terminator would have to be the robot version though.

I imagine it'd be a skin.
Or part of the power.
Though, what power would you even give ol' roboskellington?

The exo skeleton itself would fit quite well. T1 has many horror elements. It's essentially an unstoppable killer going around murdering people while trying to kill a specific person while the heroine runs and attempts to escape the unstoppable killer. It has slasher elements to it in that way.
Cyberdyne labs from T2, the melting plant from T2, or the factory from the end of T1 would be the best map choices. I'd personally want Kyle reese for the survivor. I think just going off T1 would probably be the best choice.

His mori.
"Sarah Connor?"
"Yes?"
"BAM!"
End mori.

Maybe, just maybe if the chapter was based solely off the first movie since that is the one a lot of people consider to be a horror film. Other than that, no I don't think any non-horror characters/licenses should be introduced. DBD wouldn't be the "hall of fame of horror" at that point

It took too damn long to make this2 -
Lol that's definitely me. Take this vote up

Maybe punches and occasionally a laser gun. It would infuriate the Nemesis accuracy arguers but it would be cool.
