Is there cross progression between platforms?

I currently play dbd on the Switch because at the time I couldn't get it on PC, but now with a new computer I'm considering it. If I do get the PC version will I be able to link my account and keep all my stuff?

    Currently this is not possible. Cross progression is only available for Steam, Stadia and Epic platforms.

    for Switch it was actually confirmed to come but now it is up in the air as they faced some problems.. no estimated date is given and some fear it won’t come at all..,
