PC - Dead hard challenge doesn't work

Scenario
- Step 1 : Boot the game
- Step 2: Select the Dead Hard challenge in Tome 2, page 1
- Load into a match
- Successfully Dodge several M1 attacks
- Don't get any progress on the challenge
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: Yui and Ace
- Perks played: Dead Hard, Deliverance, Borrowed Time, Kindred
- Map: Midwich and Dead Dawg
- Every time I attempt the challenge
- Friends that I was SWFing with confirmed that that was absolutely a succesfull M1 dodge in both cases
