Console - Switch: Survivor Jumping/Jittering Around During Chase

While playing survivor, my character’s position will randomly teleport & jump around when the killer is nearby, causing my character to get hung up on doorways, walls, and other obstacles during chase. This has been happening pretty much every single match since the latest patch, and makes the survivor experience nearly unplayable. My ping has remained stable during these instances. I wish video recording wasn’t disabled for Switch, otherwise I would be able to attach plenty of clips where this happens.
