If a killer tries to hook in kind of the same timeframe as survivor tries to sabotage hook. Killer get frozen and cannot do anything until sabotaging is finished

Just had this on Learys with a Hag trying to hook me.
Laurie sabotaged the hook (she had saboteur) - on my screen hag and me were frozen.
After hokk was destroyed we moved again. My wiggle progress was there.
