So uh, any tips for getting the achievement "Hemophobia"?
I had this achievement on PS4 but now that in on PS5 my achievement reset. O have most achievements already, just missing this and some other ones

Run a stealth build and play stealthy. Try not to get caught. I recommend bringing dark clothes and perks such as Iron Will, Fixated/Self-Aware (though you can run Urban Evasion instead, up to you), etc. I also recommend the combination of Dance With Me and Lithe (you can add Quick & Quiet over Urban/Fixated) to escape a chase if you get caught.
Oh and don't forget asylum map offerings if you have any.

Honestly? Hope you face an inexperienced player, preferably one playing a killer that's harder to use effectively.

Two most likely scenarios in which to get hemophobia:
- Be a crappy teammate and hide all game hoping the other three will get all the gens done
- Get matched against an absolute baby/terrible (or afk) killer

get a op 4 man swf, get them to do All the work for you... then escape,

I know your pain! After getting a PS5 and trying to work my way through all the trophies again, I quickly realised how awful some of them are to get! (Left Behind, I’m looking at you)
SWF would be the easiest option - if you have 3 people you can communicate with and hopefully carry you while you stay out of the way most of the match. That is hands down the easiest way to do it. (Hide in lockers when team mates are hooked to prevent being found with BBQ and Chilli)
if SWF isn’t an option for you, definitely a stealthy build instead. Run perks (if you have them); such as Distortion, Dark Sense, Spine Chill, Calm Spirit and Left Behind
Get the generator in the main asylum building done as early as possible (try not to start the generator until you know the killer has patrolled at least once). Then literally hang in there and hope your team mates can complete the rest of the generators and get the gates open. When you know it’s 100% clear of the killer. Work your way to the gate or hatch.
Ultimately a very luck based trophy. If you put it to the back of your mind you may just get an AFK killer and get it that way.

Best you can do is to go full Blendette with hatch offering + key and chill on the bushes while your team dies.

Just apply Gen rush.

Spam offerings and get your friends to take the chases while you Prove Thyself the gens. If you don't have friends, bring a key and hide the whole match.

I thought it was funny because I just got this one on my ps5 and had read the thread this morning. It will happen. I can offer a good awareness build if you need a hand though

It doesn't even work sometimes. I didn't get that achievement for two years even when I know I got it. But I suddenly got it

I got this in solo queue. The killer decided to tunnel someone throughout the whole match while I repaired the gens and escaped lol.
