Cross friends Steam Xbox Game Pass (help)

I try to add a friend who is from Xbox Game Pass on PC and Im on Steam PC too.
We shared each other dbd ingame id (name#numbersletters)
But we cant find each other.
Is cross friends disable between these two plateforms ?

There's currently an issue with adding friends across all platforms - it's an issue that we're trying to resolve.
