Dead Hardy Challenge not working

Hey there! im a returning player and im doing the Tome II challenges, im on the last one and i've been unable to finish the "Dead Hardy" challenge. So i've had multiple ocations when i succesfully evade a hit from the killer with Dead Hard and still none of them counted for the challenge. I´ve read on other site that this indeed is a known issue among many people. Any official knews about it? Thank u
