Im just curious because i just recently started using it on billy just to mess around and get more points before the clown comes out and i have to say i actually like it.

Also the reason i put except for doc is because i know its pretty decent on doc im just curious about other killers like billy trapper etc

It can trigger borrowed time further away than you expect, potentially screwing you over depending on your playstyle(If you go for fresh hooks aka don't tunnel often then you are fine). Sometimes it may confuse them, but it will just give them more time to hide from you most of the time. I still used it a lot though, my build was BBQ&Chili, Distressing, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt and Hex: Ruin on every Killer for at least 2 months and I almost got rank 1 each time. I would have got it if I played more, but I was other games a lot. 50k bp was a bad match for Wraith. 75k was a bad match for doctor. Good matches were around 100k or above regardless of Killer(except for Pig, she gets nearly 0 deviousness). Do note, however, that I often used Bloody Party Streamers or Survivor Puddings.
To sum it up basically, Distressing is ok for bp but slightly hurts you at the high ranks. It is nothing too bad, because coincidentally the 2 worst killers have little change from the perk. Freddy is more affected than wraith, but freddy is trash anyways. All other Killers, it is ok as long as you are pretty decent at finding survivors to make up for the extra time they get to hide from you(besides, who really hides nowadays?)

I heard it's good for hillbilly (reaching deviousness quota). I really like it on the hag though.

I would like it to have a fixed terror radius increase (like M&A) so every killer can profit of the perk equally. Or even better: make the perk so that if you equip it you have 40m terror radius regardless of your base terror radius. Will help to build a pressure!

How do you use it on Hag? I'm thinking about bringing it along with Coulrophobia, but I don't know, 30m terror radius isn't that much either... Or you mean for the deviousness bonus?

Pretty much garbage on anything but the doc.

Giving more time for survivor to hide/run away isn't a good trad off for a small quantity of bloodpoint expecially considering that it only give bonus point for only one category

It's actually good against stealthy players since they'll be more prudent and loose time. But since most are not stealthy at all...

I wouldn't use it on Billy. The later they hear the chainsaw, the better it is for you, usually. Distressing can also really screw you up in big maps such as asylum maps, since people can hear you coming from very far, and you're still not able to pressure people properly due to the map size.

I wouldn't use it on Hag, especially since her base terror radius is minimal (24 meters), she's WAY stronger as a stealth killer with M&A, making her terror radius 16 meters.

Basically : I wouldn't run the perk on anything but Doc, and possibly on some specific (small) maps.

Its not bad with Unnerving Presence on Billy, the fact you are faster with a bigger terror radius tends to surprise survivors with the small skillchecks and reveal themselves, even in the high rank, also it generates salt... but its not that good because its to much of a gimmick to sacrifice a build for that.

I know it's best not to use it on her, but I feel like it adds another level of confusion when survivors are dealing with her traps. Combined with the fact that she spends a good amount of time, drawing scribbles in the dirt, distressing works well with perks that benefit from an increased terror radius. I know that technically, monitor&abuse is best for her traps but I find my Distressing games with her to be more fun than my monitor&abuse games.

It works wonders in conjunction with Unnerving Presence, Overwhelming Presence and Coulrophobia, especially in smaller maps.

Its only a good perk on doc. Ofc you can use it only for the BP advantage, but thats kinda ridiculous if you ask me

@Hexyl I wouldn't mind having distressing on my nurse because the nurse makes up for the side effects of distressing. Can also be useful on wrath, Myers, hag, and pig since the negative side of the perk can be nullified by these killer's.
