The end of the game
If survivors open the door give them like 2mins to leave the game otherwise doors close (or bloodwarden effect is present) for next 2 minutes. that's how survivors will not just stand by the open doors for 5+mins like a little bitches.

I have another idea: reward the first one who leaves with X amount of BP, the next one a little less and so on.
The boldness that comes from staying at exit just kills the horror factor. Frankly, how many of us would actually hang around when a murderous beast is after us, only to see if someone needs saving or just to mess with the killer?
Every one of us would just get the hell out the moment gates are open, others be damned.3 -
1) i stay around to see if every survivor is a-okay
2) with more bp for leaving 1st promotes more solo play actually than teamwork0 -

I think NOED effects occur without need for perk within the gate area so cocky survivor on full health teabagging will get nasty surprise. I always leave straight away unless I need to save hooked survivor. It annoys me survivors hanging around and I'm a survivor main.0

Do they really get boldness just for staying in the gate?
It's literally the safest thing they can do!

i agree the fact they stay behind is bad sportsman ship because all they want to do is teabag you then run
