Developers, please remove the blocking for leaving the game as a killer.
Playing as the killer, cheaters are very common. I want to wait until the end of the match and go to the next game, but the cheaters blow up the generators and until they play enough with the killer, the game dont ends, sometimes even end game collapse does not help. I want to quit the game and go to the next game, but I get a blockage and in a day I get blocked up to several hours. There are too many cheaters and it is impossible to play.
Give the killer a chance to get out of the game without getting punished please.

Nah.. keep some convoluted check system in for no reason at all instead of just a simple timer forcing the game to end no matter what.

Hackers that take the game hostage like that is ridiculous. Simply put, the devs could easily implement a fail safe that allows players to disconnect upon the EGC ending that doesn't result in a penalty. Granted there needs to be a lot more done, but currently that's something that could easily be done for the interim.

At first, just based on the title I was gonna say no.
However, yeah, they need to not punish innocent players for the crimes of cheaters.

I’d like to see the game have a timer where if no scoring events (or some equivalent indicator) happen for five minutes the endgame collapse starts. That would help avoid situations where a hacker or bodyblocker is keeping the game from progressing, as well as move along a stalemated game where two survivors are both hiding in a random remote locker or shrub or whatever and the killer can’t seem to find them.

And I’m commenting on other ways the game gets blocked as well, what’s your point?

People have been hacking in this game since forever and they've done nothing to stop that.

If this is about facing hackers and cheaters, why make the title about killers. ANYONE should be able to leave the game without penalty versus hackers and cheaters on any side of the game.
I've gone against my share of speed hacking Wraiths and Trappers both on console and PC. it's a two sided issue

Because as a survivor going against a hacker you just die or escape it's easy to leave the game you're never held hostage unlike killer

It's not that simple. Cheaters will nuke gens if you try to complete them before they want the game to end, and they'll auto-heal and auto-wiggle you if you try to stand in front of a hook and get the killer to kill you. It's still possible to die, but it's hard and requires a lot of trial and error. And killer cheaters tend to kill everyone instantly, but they have even greater potential to hold survivors hostage if that's what they want to do.
Anyway, I do support a way for the killer to prematurely end the game if it has the following caveats: it can't happen in the first 5 minutes of the game, it doesn't consume survivor items, offerings, or addons, and it counts as an escape out the gates for the purposes of survivor challenges and achievements. There's a few situations where the killer's only option is to waste time or disconnect, and a way out of all of these while preserving bloodpoints would be great.
The 'no scoring events' idea sounds even better, but cheaters can bypass this one by manipulating their own health states or forcing the killer to grab a survivor even if they're standing in a corner on the other side of the map. They're also free to blind the killer from across the map, or do a hacked minute-long Head On once a minute, or even tap a gen routinely to keep the scoring events going, since their form of hostage-taking doesn't involve hiding from the killer.

Even with auto wiggle if you stand directly under a hook there's not enough time to wiggle so you could get died if you really wanted to
I will give everything else you said is accurate an I agree 💯

Yes (though it's very close, the auto-wiggle moves lightning fast and there's less than a second before you wiggle off), but you have to wait for the cheaters to stop paying attention to you and your attempt to get out of the game, because you can't get around the auto-heal - it's faster than the hit cooldown. I had a Nemesis tag-teaming me with zombies at a hook once and he still couldn't get around the instaheal.
Also, you have to do it three times because they'll auto-unhook you. All the ones I've seen brought 100% Up The Ante, so you couldn't suicide, either.
The only point I wanted to make was that it's insufferable to get caught with cheaters no matter what side of the aisle you're on. Unless it's a hatchets-Ghostface type situation where the killer is using their cheat to murder everyone very quickly, everyone's a prisoner to however long the cheater wants to screw with you. DC used to be a fine solution to this, but now cheaters have become so rampant that at high MMR, you can legitimately build a 6-hour penalty just from DCing against cheaters.

This is not true lol.
A friend and I played a Trapper who kept nuking our gens and then planting traps underneath us, forcing us to struggle our way out, but the speed was so slow that it took 10 minutes just for one try. He would then reset you into the trap if you managed to somehow break out.
I and the two randoms eventually DCed, but my friend stayed in that match for almost 2 hours because he has a DCing problem (lol) and didn't want to get hit with a high penalty.
Either way, though - DCing should not be a necessary option to leave a match.

Killer players would just abuse this. Instead they need to do something about the cheaters not being able to play.
