Thoughts on BHVR Making More Dynamic Maps?
Would any of the below appeal to you?
- Main Buildings with moving obstacles (i.e. elevator, escalator, Harry Potter stairs, large machinery)
- Tiles with moving obstacles (i.e. carts on a track, undead popping out of ground, rotating/revolving objects)
- Limited Constructables (i.e. schematics & mats for doors & pallets to be built, rather than already spawning)
- Dynamic Skybox/Environment (i.e. Day/Night Cycle or Weather/Visibility Change)
- Map Events (i.e. Dust Storm on Eyrie, Lights Out on Lery's, Snow Storm on Ormond)
- More Power Activated Structures (like the Game's doors, or the locked room in Temple of Purgation)
As a seperate discussion, I think a lot of the maps need balance changes. But I'd also like to see more dynamic elements added to existing maps or introduced in future ones. Most of the maps we have are so static.

That sounds awesome, but these ideas would probably never make it into the game for a number of reasons.
1. Breaking the game in several ways. The game is already pretty poorly optimized, especially since a new chapter came out recently. Adding lots of content would only make it worse, even more so for console players.
2. Balance issues. It could also bring in a whole slew of things that would probably mess with balance. Some elements could negate certain killer powers or favor one map to survivors even further.
3. The most disappointing reason. BHVR is not competent enough to add these ideas in. BHVR's decision making overall has been very poor for a while now, so they need to dig themselves out of the hole they put their selves in before being to do anything else.
Again, I personally would love to see things like this in game. However we probably won't.

yes and no
yes, as in i'd want this on every map, with something new and fun for a change
no, because if it was added everyone would complain that it ruined the game and stop caring a month or so later
