Should the devs temporarily take down RPD and Haddonfield until they are fixed?

Basically, should the devs take away RPD and Haddonfield until they are reworked and ptb players confirm them to be fun (even if that means that the maps will be gone for good because the devs do not prioritize reworking them)? Most of the player base does not like them, which is why I am making this poll.

I don’t have a problem with RPD personally. Yeah I get a little confused sometimes in it but I like the map well enough, the pallets are mostly gameable and it has a good look to it. Likewise Haddenfield is strong for survivors but not to the extent that it’s worth taking it out of rotation entirely.

That being said I would be in favor of removing all map offerings from the game. Map offerings greatly exacerbate any imbalances in the maps by allowing players to use skewed maps over and over. It also somewhat reduces the map variety people get to experience at higher level since only a couple of map offerings are typically chosen. Doing away with map offerings at least reduces the number of times possibly skewed maps appear. I think the benefit of map offerings is kind if minimal compared to the annoyance they cause.

I think this is the fourth time I've said it in the past few days, but personally Swamp is much worse than both of those maps.

We would be missing 2 maps, which means less map variety. Less map variety = boredom. And besides, who knows how long it will take to actually fix these maps.

Extremely dull and boring to play on and loops are far separated, leading to either an extremely quick chase or an extremely long chase and no in between.

Both can be unfun but that's just the dbd experience and i wouldn't change a thing

They should just leave maps in while they rework them. It seems like they take maps out for an eternity when they do that or add them back in with a low chance to go there. We only have 1 Red Forest map rn. Thompson has an any other Coldwin Farm map seems to be non existence except the one we always get with shack in the middle.
