EXTREME Unplayable Input lag [Game Pass pc]

I installed Dead by Daylight from the xbox app with game pass, not steam. When I click on any button on my mouse or keyboard, A huge lag spike happens. It does not happen on any other game, and it is not my internet or pc, as I have a 1660. I do not have any lag issues in ANY other games. Also I tried coontroller, and controller works fine and has no input delay, but as soon as I click a button on MnK, It lags. I tried troubleshooting in many ways like, restarting pc, and uninstalling and putting it in different drive. still does not work. Need help
