Does anyone know of a date for the new one?
Will it be before or after the new killer comes out?

usually shortly after midchapter release (new tome/rift requires client sided update)

Generally the new tome comes out within the first week after the mid-chapter patch. Then the rift lasts until the next mid-chapter ptb.

I believe it comes out a day or two after the midchapter patches usually so I'd say the 25th or 26th!
