I bought the pig but i can't use her
I play on Nintendo Switch and I had just started playing when I decided to buy The SAW chapter with the pig. I only got her to level 13 and continued playing other killers. (I was using a digital copy of the game) But when I got a new switch I bought a physical copy of the game that came with a few killers and cosmetics. when I opened it up everything was perfect and all my stuff was there, except the pig and all of the SAW chapter. when I looked at the pig in my killer selection it said: "The Pig" "Level 13" "Available in the Nintendo E-Shop". I am just confused why I can't use the pig even when I bought her and all her stuff including Detective Cap. I tried contacting support but it did not help.
Does anyone have any ideas of what to do?

Can you go into the shop and see if you would be able to buy it again (don’t actually pay again)
there was once a problem like this that could get resolved when you start the purchasing from the in-game but cancel it once you have been forwarded from the in-game store to the platform store..
did you get an answer from support at all? They have currently a very high amount of tickets incoming and it may very well takes up to a month for them to reply..

It says I can buy her again but in the E-Shop it says that I have downloaded it already. I have figured out the problem though. When I was playing on my first switch I bought her with a different account but it was fine bc I could still use her, but on my new switch I don't have that account so I don't have access to her. I would happily buy her again but since I "downloaded it" already I sadly can't. Thank you so much for helping me out though. 😁

If it says you can’t buy it again maybe you can claim it again if you look kn the eShop where you can redownload previous purchases? (Not sure if that’s working for DLC but could be worth a try)
(in the Eshop you have to navigate to your profile icon in the top right and then you have the tab for redownlpads available on the left

Since The purchase was not made the my current account I can't claim it again. I didn't use her to much so I will probably be fine.
