Do you lose bloodlust after X amount of time?

Title is the question.
Thinking of a Beast Of Prey build but if bloodlust dissapears overtime its pointless.

If you are outside of a chase for a couple of seconds, you lose all Bloodlust, with it gradually teiring down from 3 to 0.
If you get stunned by a pallet, you lose one stage of Bloodlust.
If you break a pallet, you lose all stages of Bloodlust immidiately.
If you hit a survivor, you lose all stages of Bloodlust immidiately.
If you use your Killer's Power, you lose all stages of Bloodlust immidiately.
I think that's all?

Beast of Prey is one of the worst killer perks, don't use it.
