Remove Whispers effect on survivors.

Why do we even have that weird whispers effect on survivors while using the perk?

Instead of helping killers find survivors easier it does the total opposite and helps survivors detect Stealth/Undetectable killers faster.

This just makes it practically useless on Ghostface and the sound effect doesn't make sense on killers with normal terror radius.

    I’m confused, as far as I know Survivors don’t hear Whispers, only the killer does. (Supposed Survivors who are under Madness from the Doctor also hear that Whispers sound effect but otherwise I’m not aware of them hearing it.) 🤷‍♂️

    As a survivor I've never heard Whispers from the killer if they're using the perk...if you have video evidence of this I'd like to see it as pretty certain that would be a bug.

    You can't tell as a survivor if a killer has Whispers - you can make an educated guess by the killers actions, but there's no in-game notification of it.

    (Doctors madness exempt from this, as you do have a whispering effect then regardless whether the doc is using Whispers or not, it's not connected to the perk)

    i guess i was mistaken, sorry. i only remembered hearing whispers as a survivor some games before and it made me assume it was this perk. thank you for telling me.

    I also run it with ghost face minutes prior and survivors kept avoiding me whenever i got close and i check end game they have no spine chill so i thought it was the whispers.

    My mistake, this was a bad misunderstanding.
