There should be a filter option in the game to weed out who you do and do not want to face as a killer

    There's already stuff like that and while BHVR doesn't ban for some of it EAC will nail you for it and BHVR won't overturn the ban.

    Besides which if you start blacklisting people that you can't beat you'll never get better and if they're toxic report them.

    No, there shouldn't be. This has been attempted in other games and always results in the best players being blocked by everyone. I don't care how you, personally, would use it, because this is not just about you.
