PC - Invincible and stuck in locker vs The Artist

Steps to reproduce?
1: Play as survivor against The Artist
2: slowly get into a locker exactly as a crow hits through a wall
3: The survivor you are playing as is now stuck and also invincible in the locker, you cannot get out, the killer cannot get you out, and you don't die to the endgame collapse.
Additional information:
Survivor played as: Meg Thomas
Perks played: Borrowed Time, Self care, Botany knowledge, Pharmacy
Map: Badham preschool V
Unsure of frequency of the bug, as I cannot test it myself with a friend (We do not own The Artist)
