Can't See Outside of the Locker

I could not see anything expect the inside of the locker, even after moving my camera around to different angles.
Context:
I was playing Yui on Crotus Prenn Asylum against the Deathslinger.
1 dead, 1 downed and 2 survivors still alive (I've purposely hidden the HUD on the left because I don't know the other survivors playing).
Prior to this I had just been hooked and managed to 4%. A couple seconds after getting off the hook I Quick & Quiet'd into a locker so I could Head On the killer.
This happened in a locker at a 4 Walls.
