Can’t play survivor. Anyone else?

I haven’t been able to play survivor for almost a week now, when I try to play I get the message “can’t create a party because you are already in one” the same message pops up for custom match. I can’t accept any invites. I can however play as killer and the store still works.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve already contacted support and they said they are “working on it” but just curious if anyone has had this issue fixed before
