We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Huntress - Can't throw the hatchet, just get a strange clink sound

So I've tested it on two different computers not and all I get is a strange clink sound when I try to throw the hatchet.
It used to only happen intermittently but now it is every game on every computer. I tried to verify the game files and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I don't know what I can show you that will help you/
