Kill the Bloodweb

Figured I may as well put this in.

Personally, I believe one of the best improvements that can be made to this game, that would significantly improve the experience for everyone, is removing the bloodweb.

It is, as we all know, a random, chaotic mess, and an antiquated one at that. Quite frankly it looks like something that was built around microtransactions and never monetized. It's full of items that do little, or, more egregious, stuff like fog offerings that don't effect the map at all.

My suggestion? Replace it with a level based store. So you get the option to pick one of 4-5 things based on your character's level. One should always be a perk, one an offering, and the others items. You can lock iridescents to every 5 levels or whatever, but it would add a real sense of progression and the knowledge that if you put the time in, you will get the build you want, rather than literally going from 1-50 without seeing the teachable perk you just purchased from the shrine ever show. (Which is a real thing that has literally happened to me twice)

If you're not down for fully rebuilding it, then pretty please with sugar on top, at least let us sell our useless BW items back to the entity, even if it's at a penalty.

The game having so many perks is one of the main reasons I'd want them to either get rid of it, or rework it.

Either they need to change the way it is, or remove perk levels entirely, to make perks you actually care for show up by the time you reach 50.

It sucks getting a great build first time around.. had the perfect build for Carmina at prestige 0 once I hit level 50, all perks I wanted, all level 3.. and then when you get to prestige 3, you can't seem to get the perks you want and have to go through 150 webs to get anything good.

I know they mentionned in the past that they needed to rework it some more (after they changed it to allow us to get 2 perks per web, rather than just 1 as it used to be before), but they haven't mentionned it again since.
