If I wanted to run Legion as if he's a stealth killer, what do you suggest I run?
What build would you suggest I use if I wanted to play a stealthy Legion?

Hex: Plaything is a good stealth perk for basically everybody.

Monitor and Abuse is a generally a good perk on legion. It reduces his terror radius out of chase, and increases when in a chase, making you see killer instinct from further away.

Keep in mind that when you have no terror radius your Killer Instinct doesn't work.

Well this is for Legion, so keep in mind that the ability FF triggers Killer Instinct within your TR when inflicting damage during the ability.
That being said, your best stealth bases around inflicting Oblivious instead of using Undetectable.
-Hex: Plaything is probably the best stealth universally and most notably keeps intact your Killer Instinct benefits.
-Deathbound does a lot here. 1) know where and who is being healed far away, BY WHOM. 2) If they stick together, they're closer for your to FF against. If they split up, they're oblivious to your presence😈
-Trail of Torment helps get the first jump on survivors, and is especially helpful that it'll stay active until you inflict damage (or that gen is repaired), then you can use your TR for Killer Instinct
-Tinkerer, for obvious reasons, but avoid using FF for the Undetectable duration
-Dark Devotion is a unique one. If you basic M1 the obsession, then FF others, you'll get the Killer Instinct highlight from the obsession's false Terror Radius while you are Undetectable. Good for mindf**kery on all killers.

Iridescent Button functions as a weird psuedo-stealth, if they don't have line of sight on you, they can't tell how far away you are and you can ambush them while in Frenzy.
In terms of stealth perks, they're not actually super effective on Legion since of how badly they affect Legion's tracking. The ones that would be most effective, in my opinion, would be Trail of Torment (since the undetectable goes away when you deal damage, allowing you to use Frenzy as normal) and Dark Devotion, as you'll only be basic attacking your obsession when you're downing them (don't m1 healthy people as Legion while Frenzy is charged, lol), so you can slug and take advantage of the undetectable that way.
Don't run perks like Hex: Plaything or Hysteria on them without double detection range addons, otherwise your Frenzy will be far less effective.

I'm hoping to go for a completely silent approach rather than "He's in frenzy" plus I dont like how it expands to the whole map. Sure it's good info, but I wanna know who I can stab rn instead of doing am arathon across the map only to run out while meg jumps a window.

I guess you want a meme build then. Cuz going for stealth on a non stealth Killer isn't that practical.

Those would make you semi stealthy, but keep in mind while undetectable or while Survivors are oblivious, Killer Instinct won't reveal them.

This. Playing Legion as a stealth killer isn't really a good thing to do if you want kills. It's fine if you just want play around, though...

I love using red flanel Julie whenever I spot a Nea wearing that similar flanel shirt. Now slap on dark devotion and try to pull of your Nea cosplay. It's kinda my guilty pleasure and when it works it's hilarious. If Nea is the obsession it works twice as good. The mayhem it can cause is just beautiful.
