I have 9000 shards, who should i unlock?
I was thinking the twins, but at the same time, deathslinger would be cool
I don't want killers with power gauges or are super hard to play, such as the nurse or the legion
On the other hand, which survivors should I unlock?
(Edit: I got deathslinger, but please keep talking about what perks, killers, and survivors are good)

Deathslinger is pretty similar to Huntress, if you like Huntress you'll probably like Deathslinger, if not you probably won't.

P.S. To clarify, she's preinstalled on Steam and a free download on X-Box and Playstation (I think)

I'd recommend Artist or Spirit.
Artist is the closest non-liscence you can get to Pyramid Head and Spirit is always fun to play.

I wish there was a thing where I could play with them, against AI, and try out their ability, without getting bp or shards, or xp

For being a fun killer to play id say blight, if you only care about perks, get clown.

Go with Deathslinger
In my opinion he’s much more fun and satisfying to play, not to mention Twins get destroyed by ‘Circle of Healing’
He’s also got the better perks. Hex: Retribution is a great information perk and absolutely deadly when paired with Hex: Haunted Grounds and Dead Man’s Switch is about to get a huge buff and possibly become a new meta perk (providing it makes it through the PTB without too many changes)
Deathslingers gun also counts as a basic attack as well meaning it has synergy with a lot of perks such as Jolt, Hex: No One Escapes Death, Devour Hope ect. there’s nothing more satisfying that reeling someone in with NOED who was teabagging and clicking at the exit gates

If you wanna do that, make sure to bring blood warden along for the ride.

Circle of healing gives all survivors infinite fast heals which can be stacked with med kits and other perks to heal even faster
so a lot of the time if you’re playing Twins and send Victor out and latch on to someone, by the time you’ve switched back to Charlotte and caught up to them they could already be fully healed, especially if they’re playing with friends or just with another survivor
not to mention Twins play style encourages slugging and Circle of Healing makes it so you can pick up dying survivors faster than ever, so if you’re trying to slug multiple people in an area where a survivor has set up a Boon then you’re going to be in for a bad time

Im playing twins right now and peeple dont really know how to play against them it can be frustrating at first but once you understand them its a lot of fun

For your next 9k shards (as you said you got Slinger), I'd say Spirit. She's really fun to play and two of her perks are decent. (Spirit Fury is awesome if you're going for a build based on eating pallets faster, Haunted Ground is always nice paired with Ruin.)
For Survivors, Kate Denson could be nice for her perk Windows of Opportunity, which shows you the aura of pallets/windows. You always know where to lead in a chase. I know Dead Hard is the number one exhaustion perk, but I really enjoy Overcome lately from Jonah. You make more distance than usual when the Killer hits you while you are healthy.
