How can a report a Map?

Like if I see a map configuration that is just borderline disgusting and really needs to be looked at.
How and where do I do this and what Info do I need to pass on?

I guess you create a bug report, platform info and if possible screenshots or even a clip of the issue. otherwise of course a good description..
