I know this franchise has been suggested before. I think it could work similar to how Twins do, but more emphasis on chase with a small, very vocal Chucky doll so survivors are alert to him.

Screwdriver, knife weapons but they can only injure/down, and maybe require you to switch to Tiffany to help pull the body to a hook because the doll isn't strong enough.

Or any other ideas that it doesn't sound like a reskin of the Twins?

    I think Chucky on his own could work, as long as the voodoo aspects of his lore are used.

    Imagine: Chucky gets you down, then you see him pull out a little doll that looks like you. You see your body get up and march to the hook, before being lifted and put on (could use some shadowy hand effect to make it look cool)

    Or he could hop on your shoulders and make you walk to the hook by putting a knife at your neck.
