Starting to close in on 4,000 hours and...
Here's my current progress in the game.
Of the characters you see here, 45 of them are Prestige 3 Level 50 (all 26 killers and 19 survivors)
1 is Prestige 2 (Cheryl Mason)
9 are Prestige 1
of the 45 Prestige 3 Level 50 characters, 3 have every perk in the game (David King, Pig, and Doctor)
of the 42 Prestige 3 Level 50 characters without every perk, only 4 have over half the perks (Trapper, Huntress, Plague, and Ghost Face)
Of those 4 killers, none have over 75% of the perks in the game. The closest is Huntress with roughly 61% of the perks.
Of the 45 P3 Level 50 characters, the most recent to have completed leveling up is Claudette who I finished less than an hour ago.
Still got 10 more characters to level up so I'm hoping for the best. My record for most characters to hit Prestige 3 Level 50 between 2 chapters is 13 characters. This happened last summer between the releases of Resident Evil and Hellraiser, I managed to level up 5 killers and 8 survivors in that time frame. So far, since the release of Portrait of a Murder, I've been able to level up 4 characters to Prestige 3 Level 50. Those are Artist, Jonah, Tapp, and Claudette in that order. Assuming between Portrait of a Murder and Ringu I show the same pattern that I do every winter and summer (being 10+ characters getting completed), I could very well by the time Ringu comes out have all Prestige 3 Level 50 characters. If not, then I'll be extremely close.

Mad respect. I never even started, because I knew I'd end up tearing all of my hair out within the first few weeks of not having the perks I want.

Well who knows how many bloodpoints he put into the same characters after P3 to get all perks, items, and such.

Well earning 5-10 BILLION BP takes its time.

You would need 666 050 000 BP to get every perk on every prestige 3 character.
There is 90 killer perks, so that's 270 tiers. Till you reach rank 50 you can get 59 tiers, which costs around 1 600 000 BP, after it you have cost around 50k for 2 tiers, so right now, if you have all perks to get everything without prestige costs around 6 875 000 BP.
and we have 26 killers, so you need 178 750 000 BP to max out all killers without prestige.
If you want to max all killers everything with prestige too, then you will need 303 550 000 BP.
Survivors have 101 perks, so that is 7 700 000 per survivor without prestige.
If you want to max all survivors everything with prestige too, then you will need 362 500 000 BP.
But we will have 1,5x BP for some time so easy...

Im around 1.5k and have only half the survivors prestige 3 so... yeah.

It probably doesn't take that long if I were to have only put points into characters who weren't Prestige 3 Level 50, however several characters who had already hit Prestige 3 Level 50 I had kept putting points into regardless because they are one of my mains. I'd probably be close to, if not already done with at least the leveling portion if it wasn't for that.
