The Blight killed my entire team in one hit without a hex or exposed?
Is there an item, perk or add-on I'm unaware of?
He's already an S-tier killer with high mobility. I can't understand why he would have the ability to one-hit survivors without proccing an exposed perk.
I was so outraged at the time that I killed myself on hook and then left, so I didn't get a look at his build. Can anyone help?

Did he have an iridescent add-on? Iridescent blight tag lets you instadown on your final rush.

I think that's the one, completely caught me by surprise as I haven't experienced it before.

It's not your fault. That add-on gives the Survivor no indication what happened when it's used.
Perfectly balanced like all Blight's add-ons. :)

for what it's worth, it takes a considerable amount of skill to use that add-on effectively. lack of indication is ######### but as long as blight's other busted add-ons get changed i don't think iri tag is overly powerful
