Adding/streamlining Killer Power Score Events.

Can we put all interactions with Killer's power on either Survival or Boldness Score Events? It's overall inconsistent. One Killer gives Boldness only (Artist for for instance), other Survival only (mainly Legion and Plague), sometimes it's both (Deathslinger, Trapper), neither (Box Searches on Pig) or none (Shape).


Also, add extra Score Events for:

>Not getting into dying state during Shape's Evil Within Tier 3.

>Hitting a Survivor shortly after uncrouching as Pig.

>Stunning Killer during power's duration (stunning mid-Ambush, Chainsaw Sprint, Blinking, etc.)

>Hitting a Survivor that's trapped in Bear Trap as Trapper

And so on...
