Don't ask questions to which the answer is yes/no.

Try formulating your questions so that it starts like "How ... ?" or "Why ... ?", "What ... ?", etc.

Examples:

BAD: Will you buff XY perk?

Good: Why does it take so long to buff underused perks?

Good: What perk changes are planned for the next quarter?


BAD: Is the grind going to be removed?

Good: Why is still so much grind required for this game and how will you fix it? What work is being done on it right now?
