Would Nurse still be strong if her blink attacks no longer counted as M1s?

I've always thought it was kind of odd that Nurse can still avail of M1 perks, even though her power is so ridiculously strong. The fact that Nurse can actually ignore all normal DBD mechanics with her power and still insta-down with starstruck or damage gens with surge seems kind of overkill to me. I'm just a lowly pubs peasant of course (not that comp actually means anything in this game) but even so, I'm interested to see what you peeps think.

    Yes, she'd still be quite strong.

    My guess is she’s still potentially the best killer even when she runs no perks. There’s no underestimating the value of being able to totally ignore all terrain.

    No, she should just be reworked instead of nerfed.

    Every new perk comes with an advantage for a specific killer but they don't take into account the performance of a "God Nurse" with these perks.

    I think they have to rework her.

    Nurse was designed in a game where infinites, two pallets on a single loop, exhaustion going down while running and many other completely broken things existed. All of those things have gone, yet Nurse still remains in a state where if they're any way decent there's practically nothing you can do.

    I want her kept as a strong killer, but teleportation to her strength should not exist.
