New Chapter: Absolute Power
This is a chapter idea that I've been holding onto for a while in hopes that the devs might do another fanmade chapter contest, but its starting to look like that's not going to be happening again, so I figured I'd just share it here.
New Chapter: Absolute Power:
New Killer: The Mummy
Movement Speed: 4.6m/s
Height: Tall
TR: 32 meters
Weapon: A crook OR A Flail
General Backstory: An ancient pharaoh that used his power of position to the benefit of only himself, treating everyone beneath him with disdain. Eventually, his royal court decided to put an end to his reign and bury him alive in a sarcophagus.
Power: Mystic Sands
The Mummy exerts a supernatural control over the sands of the deserts to obscure the vision of those that oppose him.
Ability: Sandspit: The Mummy sprays sand from his hand. Survivors hit by the Sandspit have a vignette of sand cover their screen, reducing their vision, with a maximum vignette size of having 66% of their screen covered.
Ability: Sarcophagus
Scattered throughout the map are 6 sarcophagi throughout the map to be opened by The Mummy. These can be opened manually, or magically. Opening sarcophagi magically can be done from anywhere on the map, but has a 30 second cooldown. Sarcophagi that have been opened generate Heavy Sand, Light Sand and Ambient Sand.
Heavy Sand: Extends up to 12 meters from the sarcophagus over time, heavily obscures vision and quickly generates a sand vignette on survivors within it.
Light Sand: Exteneds up to 32 meters from the sarcophagus over time, slightly obscures vision and slowly generates a sand vignette on survivors within it.
Ambient Sand: Is present throughout the entire map, reduces the distance survivors can see by 12.5% per sarcophagus open.
If 4 Sarcophagi or more are open at a time, survivors suffer from the Oblivious status effect. Survivors can close a sarcophagus by interacting with it for 8 seconds. While a survivor is closing a sarcophagus, the Mummy can shove them into the Sarcophagus, closing it, but turning it into a hook state. Survivors in a sarcophagus do not have their aura revealed to other survivors, but scream, revealing their location every 6 seconds.
Sanf Vignettes slowly dissipate automatically as long as less than 4 sarcophagi are open.
Perks: The Mummy's 3 Unique perks Erosion, Forbidden Treasure, and Hex: Possession help him enhance repeated actions and place various curses upon survivors.
Erosion:
Everything crumbles with enough force. Whenever you perform the break action, you gain a token, up to a maximum of 6/8/10. Whenever you break a generator, the generator instantly loses an additional 1% progress for every token you have. Whenever a generator is completed, you lose 4 tokens. When the final generator is completed, the tokens you possessed before it was completed will shorten the End Game Collapse timer by 6 seconds per token.
“The sands of time cannot be stopped, everything will feel their wrath eventually”
Unlocks at Level 30
Forbidden Treasure:
Those who plunder tombs get more than they bargain for. During the trial, items taken from chests are cursed. Survivors using a cursed item have their auras revealed to you while within a range of 48/56/64 meters.
“When you steal treasures from this place, you anger the spirits they belonged to”
Unlocks at Level 35
Hex: Possession
A hex that contains a malicious force. While this hex totem stands, all skill checks have a 25% chance of being a tremendously difficult skill check, which results in an additional 4%/5%/6% loss in progress when failed.
When this totem is cleansed, the person who cleansed the totem becomes possessed. Every skill check that the possessed survivor encounters has a 40% chance of being a tremendously difficult skill check, which results in an additional 4/5/6% loss in progress when failed.
When a possessed survivor heals another survivor to the next health state, the possessed survivor loses their possession and the healed survivor becomes possessed.
“Powerful forces reside here. Be careful when confronting them, that might be exactly what they want”

Survivor Idea: Arjun Chauhan
Nationality: Indian
The firstborn of a royal family, Arjun Chauhan had importance thrust upon him at an early age. Nearly every waking moment of his childhood was spent preparing him for the life of ruling ahead of him. Once Arjun had grown into a young adult and had been well familiarized with the responsibilities ahead of him, he decided to take some of the preparation for his role of ruler into his own hands. Arjun had decided that the best way to make people happy with him as a ruler was to prove himself trustworthy to the people before he inherited the throne.
When possible, Arjun would go out himself into the surrounding area to help out the citizens of India with their lives. He would help vendors set up their wares, he would help farmers water their crops and feed their livestock. He viewed no task as beneath him. Over the course of a few years, Arjun had established himself as a kindhearted individual who truly had the best interests of the people in mind.
However, the same values of kindness and humility had not been instilled in his siblings. With all the attention and nurturing being given to Arjun, his siblings had been neglected. For this they grew jealous and resentful, and sought to take out these emotions on him and their parents. In an effort to seize his royal inheritance, his siblings sold him to a group of dissidents. They had instructed the dissidents to make sure he would never see the light of day. However, they saw this as an opportunity to make even more money than they had payed to take Arjun. They made it known that they were in possession of Arjun and tried to ransom him off back to his parents for more than they had payed for him.
Negotiations had taken place for several weeks before Arjun's parents agreed to pay the ransom to get their son back. When the dissidents were ready to deliver Arjun back to his parents, he was no longer in his bindings. They frantically tried to figure out where he had gone, if he had been snatched away from under their noses. The Chauhan family had not retrieved Arjun, and the dissidents no longer had him in their possession. Fearing the repercussions, the dissidents went into hiding, and the fate of Arjun was never known.

The bonus bloodpoints are only awarded post-trial.
