Killer only stutter/lag?

So the last few months I've been stuttering around with killer only, but survivors are moving completely fine. I have between 60-70 ping and have tried to change my graphics to see if its hardware but its not. Anyone else experience this? The game runs perfect as survivor and have zero problems. I'm on pc

    No, i have these stutters on both sides.

    Everytime some things happen at once.
