Riley Foster loved listening, stepping back and watching the full picture. As a child he faced the aggravating issues of being ignored, underestimated, and unloved. Foster would soon harbor a festering disease of hatred within him, and planned revenge on all those who kicked him in the dirt. However, nothing good ever came from running and swinging, and he preferred to take a calculated look around and gather information. One perk of being constantly ignored, no one ever knows you’re there. Foster lingered, eavesdropped, stalked, and observed the many wicked individuals who made games of pushing around the small kids. Soon he would sabotage machines, build devious devices, and utilized them to play roles in the soon maiming of his victims. Foster would become a hyper-intelligent hunter who took notes on the smallest details, factored every equation, and waited until the very second to spring all his cards at once. He targeted individuals who were known to boast, act narcissistic, and brag about themselves. Foster loathed people who had high regard for themselves and felt sympathy for the less noticed individuals, those who sat off to the side alone.
One day Foster made a costly mistake. An accomplice of his,Tristan Levere, was caught by authorities trying to trap a target's car, and was apprehended. At the promise of a light sentence, Levere gave up Foster's locations, contacts, and target information. Seeing the wanted poster on TV filled Foster with rage, but quickly died into ambition. He should’ve known Tristan was incompetent, perhaps all accomplices were to begin with. In exchange for the information, Tristan was released on bond, yet a proper court session awaited him in the future. When Tristan missed a deadline for reporting in, police stopped by his house, only to find him dead in his room. The cause of death was a detonated explosion, which seemed to come from a rigged phone. The only piece of evidence found was an outline of a hyena’s head on the wall, grinning menacingly as it stared down at its prey. Riley Foster was never seen again, although some say they’ve witnessed a person in an animal mask running off into the fog.
Extras:
Walk animation: The Hyena crouches slightly and walks at a steady pace, both arms slightly raised in a prepared stance. This animation is the same in both Hunting and Attacking mode.
Basic: The Hyena, holding the knife in his right hand, slices to the left in a quick “hook” motion.
Placing Camera: The Hyena places the object with his left hand, before stabilizing it with his right, while still holding his weapon.
Placing Scanner: The Hyena bends over and quickly places a disk-shaped object on the ground with his left hand, before returning to his idle pose.
Retrieving Scanner: The Hyena bends over and plucks the device from the ground before returning to his idle pose.
Breaking pallet: The Hyena stomps twice with his right foot. This is performed directly downward, with his knee visible, as opposed to most killers who stomp at an angle.
Breaking wall: The Hyena uses the common animation of kicking twice on the wall before breaking it.
Vaulting window: The Hyena jumps up, propelling himself forward by stepping on the window’s edge, then lands quickly.
Vaulting pallet: The Hyena jumps above the pallet, stepping on its surface and pushing himself over it.
Stunned: The Hyena emits an animalistic growl as he stumbles dizzily.
Mori: The Hyena gets on all fours as the survivor attempts to push themselves up. They are then tackled and stabbed twice in the chest before being stabbed in the throat. The Hyena looms over them, pulls his knife out, and begins to laugh in a similar manner to real-world Spotted Hyenas. The mori ends with a small shake of his head before reassuming his idle stance.
I spent a while on this, and I greatly appreciate feedback on his power and perks. My last killer was awful, and you all let me know, so I really tried to step it up.

I like the idea of this killer if it is a bit weak. It is a good mix of slow and methodical information gathering that immediately switches off for a high octane dash for a survivor. With it being a 4.2 m/s at base it would have terrible map pressure so it would end up encouraging it to 3 gen to win and it would have a dead lock on the area causing stalemates at best and losses at worst. I suggest increasing base move speed to 4.4 m/s, standardizing the TR to ether 24 or 32 m, and giving survivors the ability to remove cameras.
