Is it just me or is there a delay on skill check hits?

It has been so inconsistent for me, sometimes its fast sometimes its slow, most of the time when i hit the spacebar there's atleast 1 inch gap before it stops spinning and it throws me off, it feels like a russian roulette instead of a skill check. i always can't hit the earliest the skill check because it takes decades for it to stop spinning before it goes out the window.
I'm not lagging my fps is stable.

For me there is also a little delay.
It depends on Framerate and Ping. So it varies a bit.
On my PC skill checks are smoother as on PS4.

you need to disable vsync.

It could be vsync, your keyboard if it's Bluetooth or your tv/monitor if it's not set to game mode.
