I'd like to talk about a survivor problem that is never brought up
I own 29 survivors, but I end up play always the same. The reason is that he's the only one on which I poured the tons of BPs required to unlock all the perks. If I want to play with someone else I just have to use the few random perks they got or going through that painful grind again (and I'm already doing it on my killers, so I think I'm already suffering enough). Which is a pity, because aside from the fact that I paid for some of them, I really like some and would love to play them more and have more variety.
The point, though, is that I find this grind kinda acceptable for killers, since each one is unique and has their own set of addons, but on survivors all this grind feels pointless since they are literally skins.
I wish there was an earnable way to share the bloodweb/inventory between survivors.

I feel this. It's why it feels pointless to look up builds for certain survivors. Like, why? They can all do the same thing if you unlock the perks?

It's ridiculous, yeah. Why even bother having separate unlocks when everyone's identical?
Though I'd disagree it feels "acceptable" on Killers just because they're distinct--it intensifies the grind-based gatekeeping, if anything.

Yeah i agree.
Atleast on killer you have different playstyles.
I started with Feng and every new chapter 3 new perks are introduced that make it less and less likely i'll ever play another survivor frequently.
Luckilly i started with the best girl

I always get confused when I see people with all survivors unlocked, like let's be honest, no ones gonna pay 5 dollars for flip-flop or buckle up.

Playing devil's advocate here but if you focus on one survivor at a time and you don't care about prestiging, the grind isn't actually that insane. I have all five survivors I care about fully unlocked and I'm now throwing away bloodpoints on killers I might play one day.
I do agree it could be much better, but if you really want to play a certain survivor, it doesn't take that long to unlock decent perks.

The grind is pretty awful on both sides, to be fair. BHVR actually stated that they would be removing all perk tiers a while back, but that literally never materialized.

I would like to see each Survivor get at least the ability to select from the same item pool, and at the same time each survivor have their own unique passive ability to make them more unique to the game, and more worth leveling each survivor instead of focusing on just one.

I used different survivors to quickly switch between builds. Jake had my field medic build, with the Apprentice (?) skin, wielding Self-care, Bite the Bullet, Botany Knowledge and Desperate Measures. David was a dumpster diver, with Plunderer's, Ace in the Hole, Appraisal and Streetwise (Or Built to Last if there was a 'use up X completely' challenge). And then I had Felix with my main build.
That aside, the grind is terrible and survivors are legitimately mostly just skins. Two things I'd come up with to change those are..
1) Prestiging a character unlocks their perks, permanently, on all characters. Either one at a time at max rank, or all at rank 1 per prestige, or just all at rank 3 for P1, though I think BHVR won't do that one.
2) Distribute end-of-match BP bonuses for various categories depending on the survivor as a way to make them stand out a bit more. For example: David gets +50% to points acquired in Boldness, and +25% to points in Altruism. Jake gets +50% in survival, +25% in objective. Felix gets +50% in objective, +25% to Altruism.

Every perk available for every survivor? No. But all items, add-ons and offerings? Hell yes!

I know the issue but for me when im survivor i see that like having multiple loadout so its kinda neat

What I wish that survivors had, was either having a minor passive effect or adding a minor buff to 1 of their own perks(the most obscure one), so that you can pretty much deduce what perk a survivor is running based on who they play OR know what style of perks they are using to get the most benefit out of that minor passive.
An example, Ace is arguably the only survivor who has a minor passive, which is a somewhat built in T1/T2 Iron Will. I'm not saying survivors have to have 1 t1 perk each as a basekit(altho, could be in quite a lot of cases tbh), but minor things like 3% larger scratchmarks, screams outside 64 meters are more silent. It would effectively make specific survivors more interesting to actually spend BP on and require different perks.

I agree but to be the contrarian, survivors while not as unique as killer have different blending differences like Claudette vs everybody else basically, pain and breathing levels Bill vs Ace, different heights male vs female survivors. Again with blending some outfits only on certain characters blend better than others, but as one gets better at running the killer, blending isn't that big of a deal. I think that's it though.
