Mother's Dwelling jump trick?

I just faced a killer who did a confusing trick of crossing the two separated platform in the center building of mother's dwelling. Is it really possible cause i was caught off guard so i didn't see how he did it.
this two platforms on the side of the building.

Which killer? Yes its possible with few of them. Even some other holes on other maps, if you have enough momentum
