CoH Nerf will not increases self healing time by 4 s but by 2.29 s

I've seen a lot of comments mentioning that the nerf would increase self-healing time by 4s and (and I thought it would too), It seems to be not so simple the way the perk works for self-healing.

CoH allows self-healing at 50% of standard speed and increases all healing speeds by 100%. So we have self-healing at 50% + 100% of 50%, totaling the 100% speed of a standard heal.

After the nerf we will have 50% + 75% of 50%, with a total of 87.5% of the standard heal speed. Since healing requires 16 charges and the standard speed is 1 c/s, the self-healing time after nerfing (0.875 c/s) is 18.29 sec. This data is presented in the Dead by Daylight Wiki.
